Incorrect Shipping Information

the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

If your package appears delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be found:

  2. Contact the shipping carrier

We will do our best to assist you, but Reset Grove cannot guarantee replacement or refunds for packages marked as successfully delivered by the carrier.
