Return & Refund Policy for Reset Grove

Welcome to Reset Grove. We want you to feel confident shopping with us. Because many of our products are fulfilled through trusted third-party suppliers and dropshipping partners, including suppliers sourced through Spocket, our return and refund policy is designed to stay fair, practical, and transparent for both customers and suppliers. 


Returns & Refunds

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or refund if:

  • Your item arrived damaged
  • Your item arrived defective
  • You received the wrong product
  • Your item was significantly different from the description
  • Your order was lost in transit

To qualify, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Requests made after this window may not be eligible for refund or replacement.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene, supplier restrictions, and the nature of certain wellness and lifestyle products, the following items are generally non-returnable unless damaged or defective:

  • Opened personal care products
  • Used items
  • Consumables
  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Certain home wellness items
  • Clearance or final sale products

3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • Photos or videos may be required for verification
  • Proof of purchase is required

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at:

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We will review the claim and, if approved, provide either:

  • A replacement
  • Store credit
  • A partial refund
  • A full refund

depending on the situation.


5. Return Shipping

Because Reset Grove works with multiple fulfillment partners and suppliers, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

In some cases, suppliers may not require the product to be returned before issuing a refund or replacement.

Do not send items back without contacting us first.


6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method.

Please allow:

  • 5–10 business days for processing
  • Additional time depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us or the supplier.


7. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.


8. Lost Packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you did not receive it:

  • Please first contact the shipping carrier
  • Verify the shipping address entered at checkout
  • Contact us for assistance

Reset Grove is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


9. Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to dispute fraudulent chargebacks and may request additional verification for suspicious refund requests.
